Bio:
Kasumi Todoh is the daughter of Ryuhaku Todoh. She grew up learning in the art of Aikido and Kobujutsu. She wishes to do whatever she can to stand up for the Todoh way. While Kasumi stayed in Japan while her father was at South Town, she began to worry about him after a few months of his absence. She blamed the whole thing on Ryo Sakazaki and went to fight him in retaliation until her mother came to stop her from what she was doing. Kasumi forgave Ryo and she and her mother returned back to Japan. But despite finally making peace with the Sakazakis, she still worries for her father due to him not being seen in public after a beatdown with Ryo.

*Kasane Ate: Kasumi shoots a blade-like projectile towards her opponent.
*Senkou Nagashi: A rekka-style throwing attack that can be inputted 3-times, with the 4th input being Ougi Mizo Takayori Mukuru.
*Tatsumaki Souda: Kasumi juggle-throws her opponent to the other side.
*Messhin Mutou: A reversal counterattack against jump-ins.
*Sasshou Inshuu: An overhead counterattack.
*Hanshin: Morote Gaeshi: A lower counterattack.
*Tenchi Shuuten: Kasumi catches her aerial opponent and throws him/her to the other side.

*Chou Kasane Ate: A triple-cresent version of Kasane Ate, with bigger projectiles.
*Shiranui: Kasumi grabs her opponent and a piercing blow hits her opponent, causing him/her to fall down.

*Shingan Kazura Otoshi: Kasumi does the Shiranui move and then finishes things off by turning around, throwing her opponent to the ground and punching him/her in the face.
Ending:
Kasumi Todoh was about to destroy the busted-up Brainiac, but stops for a minute to ask about whether or not he has info on her father, Ryuhaku Todoh.
Kasumi: "Wait, before I do anything, I want to know. Since you're a computer android with that big of knowledge, do you have any information on where my father is hiding?"
Brainiac: "I am not familiar with your father."
Kasumi: "His name Ryuhaku Todoh. He use to own a dojo for Todohiryu Aikijutsu but hasn't been returning to me ever since."
Brainiac: "I am sorry, but I do not have any data regarding your missing father Todoh. So you're going to have to destroy me regardless."
After finishing off Brainiac, Kasumi is teleported back to a grassland with lots of dandelions.
Kasumi: "Stupid robot man. I thought he'd know about where my father is, but it turns out he doesn't. Oww, I'm so worried about my father. Where can he be? I won't rest until I finally find him and make sure he's alright. I know he's still alive. It's just that he has to be somewhere."
Just as Kasumi walks away from the scene, Ryuhaku Todoh pops up behind her from far away, proud of her accomplishment. All of a sudden, Ambush Bug pops up to interrupt this moment.
Todoh: "My daughter has finally matured into a strong fighter. Thanks for making your father proud."
Ambush Bug: "Hey can it with the crying, dude! You're a man!"
Todoh: "I'm not sad, you idiot! Those are tears of joy. My daughter Kasumi has lived up to the Todoh name… who are you , anyways and what are you doing here?"
Ambush Bug: "Uh oh, he's onto me! QUICKLY CUT TO COMMERCIALS!!!... WHAT DO YOU MEAN WE'RE NOT FILMING ANYTHING?!?"

OK, this is my last secret SNK character for SNK vs. DC Universe, which means the last DC character will be coming up (of course, that DC character is part of Darkseid's Bad Boys From Outer Space team). After all that, DLC will be coming soon, so look out for that. Now anyways, onto Kasumi Todoh.
Now some of you who remember Billy Kane and Eiji Kisaragi being in the Rivals team were probably guessing who else would be in that team. Believe it or not, this character isn't a rival of Kyo Kusanagi (besides, Iori Yagami is already in SNKvsDCU, in Kyo's team that is), just because of the Rival Team in King of Fighters '95. This is actually just another rival of Ryo Sakazaki's named Kasumi Todoh. So this Rival team is more reminiscent to the Anti-Kyokugen team from KOFXI.
not to be confused with Kasumi from Dead or Alive.
Notes:
*Because Kasumi is known to be so worried about her father, Ryuhaku Todoh, her ending concerns her trying to find him with no luck (eventhough he does appear in the last part of her ending), from trying to extract information on him from Brainiac (who knows nothing of Todoh), to looking around in a grassland. And if that isn't enough, just look at her after-match quotes with the keyword: father.
*Guess who makes a cameo in Kasumi's ending also. It's AMBUSH BUG!
*The reason she's assuming that Killer Croc is a demon, along with Etrigan and Nightmare Geese who are ACTUAL demons (while Croc is just a dude with a skin disease that makes him look monstrous), is because... well, just look at the guy!
*Fun Fact: One of Kasumi's hobbies includes watching videos, her favorites being horror movies, especially of the splatter kind. So the reason I gave her the after match quote against Harley Quinn and Joker is, if you've ever watched The Dark Knight, played Batman: Arkham Asylum/City/Origins, or read something like Joker or the New 52 arc Death Of The Family, you have to admit that The Joker looks and feels like someone straight out of a scary movie (think It or Killer Klowns from Outer Space) or some uber-violent exploitation film. Same can be said about Harley Quinn, with her being crazy and everything.
