Bio:
Mick Rory was obsessed with fire during his childhood, making him a pyromaniac at a young age. He would look at fire wherever he sees it and tried to hold it. He even went as far as to burn his entire house and watch endlessly as it went on. He had a friend in school where he was ridiculed for wearing winter-oriented clothes but his friend locked him up in a freezer during a field trip. He retaliated by busting out of it and going to set his former friend's house on fire. This was when Mick developed Cryophobia. After leaving home, he joined the circus as a fire-eater. He was able to control his obsession with burning stuff but then it backfired and he ended up burning his circus without even thinking it. This was then when he joined the Rouges as a super villain named Heat Wave.

Special Moves:
*Flamethrower: Heat Wave shoots a stream of fire at his opponent.
*Fireball: He shoots a fireball at his opponent.
*Flaming Charge: He turns into a giant fireball and hurdles towards his opponent.
*Firestarter: He throws a little flame onto the ground and it wave of fire rushes towards his opponent.
*Burning Parry: When the opponent hits the guarding Heat Wave, Heat Wave blasts fire at his opponent and knocks him/her far away.

Super Moves:
*Pyromania: Heat Wave covers himself in fire and starts doing a series of punches and kicks.
*Fiery Explosion: Akin to Ryu's Metsu Hadouken; Heat Wave creates a huge fireball with his hands and shoots it at his opponent, creating a big explosion that knocks the opponent up into the air.

Neo Max:
*Vision of Hell: Heat Wave stomps onto the ground and emits fire around his opponent. Streams of fire pillars start jolting towards the opponent and hit him/her up into the air with each hit. Then comes Heat Wave landing onto the down opponent via a huge fireball. He grabs onto the opponent in a chokehold and says, "Prepare for the burn!" and shoots a big mass of fire from his chest at the opponent. Afterwards, all the flames are gone and Heat Wave hops off his down opponent.

Ending:
Heat Wave is being turned in to Commander Heidern by Ramon, Vanessa and Seth.
Heat Wave: "So you think you can hold me?"
Ramon: "No doubt about it, Mick Rory."
Vanessa: "You are wanted for various crimes, including the recent one that involved setting a building ablaze."
Heat Wave: "Well what do you expect from a man who loves fire, bitch?"
Heat Wave breaks free and terrorizes the aerial carrier that is about to head towards Heidern's ship.
Seth: "WHAT THE..."
Heat Wave: "You people can never take me alive!"
Vanessa: "Quick! Stop him before he..."
Heat Wave: "I will not be taken to custody!"
Unfortunately for Heat Wave, not only do the trio from the carrier make it out alive, but Heat Wave himself ends up underwater attempting to swim.
Heat Wave: ((Dammit! How can this be? Stupid carrier trying to fly me to the big house! How do I swim? Ah screw me! I bet those three bozos are lucky to be on standing ground because I'm drowning like crazy. Where are my fellow Rogues when you need them?))
