Bio:
Selina Kyle is a costumed cat burglar in Gotham City with a love-hate relationship with the caped crusader Batman. Because of her athletic prowess, she is able to commit some of the most impossible crimes. She is skilled with a whip and is very flirtatious with her seductive wiles.

Special Moves:
*Cat Claws: Catwoman claws her opponent down and up.
*Whip: She gets out her whip and whips her opponent from a distance; can also be used as an anti-air attack
*Cat Attack: She dashes through her opponent with a claw scratch.
*Cat Stance: She crouches to the ground.; can be followed by Cartwheel in which she, well, does a cartwheel, Whip Upper where she whips her aerial opponent, and/or Pounce in which she pounces towards her opponent, scratches his/her face and kicks him/her.

Super Moves:
*Cat Scratch: Catwoman does a series of clawings and ends with her pouncing onto her opponent and scratching him/her three times.
*Nine Lives: Catwoman kicks her opponent up into the air and ties his/her neck with her neck, flaming his/her head onto the ground. She then jumps up to stomp on the opponent's back, traps the opponent by the neck with her feeds and then does a flip side turn, throwing the opponent.

Neo Max:
*Claws Are Out: Catwoman uses her claws to unleash an energy wave in the shape of scratch marks at her opponent.

Ending:
Catwoman sneaks up at Geese Tower for the Phoenix Scroll and the Jin Scrolls.
Catwoman: "I hear these Jin Scrolls are suppose to boost recovery rate, similar to that magical cloak that gives you nine lives."
Geese: "I'm starting a new King of Fighters tournament, but I'm afraid someone might use these scrolls against me. Billy, I want you to get rid of them."
Catwoman: "Hmphf! I'm not letting him do that."
Geese Howard and Billy Kane catch Catwoman in the act.
Billy: "Hey, what's that random bitch doing here?!?"
Geese: "I don't know what she's doing here but get her!"
Catwoman: "Uh oh, I just got caught in the act. I gotta get outta here."
Billy: "Wait, didn't you want me to destroy those scrolls."
Geese: "She's not from here, and she'll probably not participate in my upcoming King of Fighters tournament. Let's not worry about the Jin Scrolls anymore."
Catwoman returns to her apartment with the three scrolls. She decides to use them in the future against her foes.
Catwoman: "Mmm. those scrolls must hold incomprehensible powers only the person exposed to it can perceive. I will surely be unstopppable at all cost. So what must I do now? Go chat with Mr. Tall, Dark and Handsome or do what I normally do on a daily basis?"
