Bio:
"Blue" Mary Ryan was once hired to investigate the theft of the Jin scrolls. She mainly goes on missions revolving around the ambitions of South Town crime lord, Geese Howard. She lost her father and her boyfriend, Butch, as they both died saving the president from an assassination attempt and has since worn her deceased boyfriend's jacket in his honor. She is close friends with Terry Bogard, who she has met one point in time.
Special Moves:
*Spin Fall: A somersault technique; can be followed by Spider.
*Reverse Facelock: A reversal move that also serves as a counterattack against jumping moves.
*Head Buster: Blue Marytosses her opponent into the air after a hit.
*Real Counter: She taunts her opponent, and when she's hit, she counterattacks; can be followed by Backdrop Reel.
*Vertical Arrow: She kicks her opponent and slams him/her with her legs; can be followed by Snatcher.
*Straight Slicer: A low kick attack that can be followed up by Crab Crush.
Super Moves:
*Splash Rose: Blue Mary kicks her opponent a couple of times and then does a spiraling uppercut.
*Dynamite Swing: Blue Mary piledrives her opponent and then picks him/her up, twirls around and throws him/her to the other side.

Blue Mary sneaks up at The Penguin's hideout and finds out what he and his gang are up to.

Mary: "These guys are up to something."
Penguin: "…So anyways, whenever the bat wanker comes back, we can pay him a little visit."
Mary jumps in and beats up Penguin's henchmen, all leading to her face to face with Penguin himself.
Henchman #2: "Hey beautiful… OOF!"
Mary: "Sorry baby, but you're not cut out for this."
Penguin: "Who the hell are you?"
Mary: "Blue Mary Ryan, and I'm here to put you to justice, Penguin"
Mary turns The Penguin over to the police.
Penguin: "You'll never take me alive, you bitch!"
Gordon: "God work, Mary. You've got The Penguin arrested while Batman is on vacation."
Mary: "About this Batman, where is he anyways?"
Gordon: "He says he's going to The Bahamas from what I remember him saying. So until he returns, you want to do most of the work he does."
Mary: "Yes, Commissioner Gordon."
Penguin: "First Batman, now this "Blue Mary" lady. Who's gonna have me arrested next time? Blue Beetle?"

As you can tell after looking at the SNK vs. DC Universe movesets for Terry Bogard and Joe Higashi, you can tell by now that Andy Bogard is not in the Fatal Fury team like in the KOF games. No no, this is Terry Bogard's (possible) girlfriend, Android 18!
Whoopse! Did I say Android 18? Sorry, I meant to say Blue Mary. But then again, Blue Mary's look was based off of Android 18 from Dragonball Z.
Notes:
*What's this? Blue Mary is voiced by Sonya Blade? Well I thought that she'd be voiced by Dana Lyn Baron because, when you think about it, both Mary and Sonya from Mortal Kombat are similar in that they are both hot blonde special forces types.
*About the whole filling of Batman's role in stopping Gotham crooks in her ending. I wanted to have her tackle one of Gotham City's most ruthless thugs and Penguin happens to be one of them. As for Batman taking a vacation at The Bahamas.... don't ask. But since Batman's not present in the series until he's back, Blue Mary does the crimefighting.
*Her after-match quote against Orochi references King of Fighters '97, where Orochi was the final boss character.
