Bio:

Terry and Andy Bogard were raised by Jeff Bogard and trained in a martial art based on his fighting style, though Andy trained in another martial art in Japan. When Terry Bogard witnessed the brutal murder of his father at the hands of Geese Howard, he went to Tung Fu Rue for training. Terry partook in Geese Howard's King of Fighters tournament to defeated the evil crime lord, thus the Bogard brothers have avenged Jeff death.

• Burn Knuckle - He rushes towards his opponent with a burning punch.

• Power Charge - He charges towards his opponent with a shoulder block.

• Power Geyser - Terry punches the ground, creating the titular geysur that sends his opponent flying.
  
• Buster Wolf - Terry delivers a powerful punch and then a powerful kick at his opponent.

• Trinity Geyser - Terry slams his fists onto the ground, creating a bunch of firey pillars that trail through the ground each bursts from, hitting his opponent.

Steve: "You are Terry Bogard, correct?"
Terry: "Don't wear it out!"
Steve: "Well I would like to give you a replica of my shield. You are worthy of being the Captain America of Southtown. The reason I say this is because I've heard of your exploits in Southtown ever since you battled Geese Howard in on of his King of Fighters tournaments."
Terry: "Wow, cool! I get to be just like you?"
Steve: "Indeed"
(Terry bashes Ryuji Yamazaki in the face with the Captain America esque shield that was made for him.)
Terry: "Hey, Ryuji! Get serious!"
Ryuji: "Terry Bogard? I didn't think I'd meet you again!"
Terry: "Well wait 'til you taste this awesome shield of mine!"
(Terry holds the shield up at the sky and he is now wearing what appears to be a mix of his default outfit from every game he's been in and Super-Soldier from Amalgam Comics.)
Terry: "Thanks to Steve Roger's advice, I outta make myself just like he is. With the sweet costume I'm donning, along with the shield he gave me, I will be known as Captain Southtown!"

Winning Pose: Terry Bogard sweeps his hat onto the ground and then puts it back on.; In his Wild Wolf costume, Terry put his left hand in his pocket and point his finger (with his right hand) at his opponent.
Victory Pose: Terry Bogard turns around and throws his hat into the air. He says, "OK!"; in his Wild Wolf costume, Terry throws his jacket in the air and says, "OK!" and then he catches it.
