from Wonder Woman

Costume 1: Her rejected New 52 attire in which she has leggings rather than briefs

Costume 2: Wonder Woman in ceremonial golden armor

Bio:
Princess Diana, also known as Wonder Woman, was born of Queen Hippolyta of the Amazons and King Zues of the Gods. The Amazonian princess is gifted with all traits of the gods, such as strength and agility. At one point in time, she left her island of Themyscira and ventured into Earthrealm, otherwise dubbed as the "Man's World" as a fighter for Earth's peace and protect the innocent from harm. She has received word from a fellow Amazon about the latest threat to the universe, that threat being Shao Kahn. The evil emperor threatens to merge every realm in existence, including Earthrealm. To keep him from achieving his goal, Wonder Woman went to Outworld to challenge Shao Kahn to battle. Shao Kahn is also the head of the Mortal Kombat tournament, which also means that Wonder Woman can face him there. She'll have to get through every Outworld force in order to kill Shao Kahn and save Earthrealm.

Special Attacks:
*Magical Spin: Wonder Woman twirls around with a kick at her opponent like a helicopter.
*Lasso Grab: She throws her lasso at the opponent and drags him/her towards her.
*Golden Tiara/Gotcha Girl: This move is either one depending on costume; In Wonder Woman's primary costume, she grabs her tiara and throws it like a boomerang at her opponent. Meanwhile in her alternative costume, she kicks him/her up in the air, lasso's his/her feet, and slams him/her to the ground.
*Handstand Burst: Wonder Woman backflip kicks her opponent and then grabs him/her by the foot and throws him/her to the other side.
*Aegis Bash: She bashes her opponent in the head with the Aegis shield, leaving the opponent unconscious.

X-Ray Move:
Wonder Woman smacks her opponent in the face with one of her bracelets, cracking the skull. Then she ties her opponent's neck with her Lasso of Truth and drags him/her to the ground by his/her butt, cracking the pelvis.

Fatalities:
*Lasso Splat: Wonder Woman ties up her opponent's legs with her Lasso of Truth and starts twirling her opponent around in circles on the lasso until she stops spinning and lets go of her lasso, throwing the opponent towards the screen, crushing his/her head and splattering it all over. The headless opponent's neck meat from where the head use to be slides off the then-cracked screen slowly, with the camera being covered in blood.
*The Power Of The Amazon: A WeaponLord-style fatality in which Wonder Woman gets out her sword and Athena's shield, the Aegis, and starts by stabbing her opponent in the stomach. Next, she cuts her opponent's head off and it starts flying off the falling body. As the head begins to fall, Wonder Woman bashes it with the Aegis, causing it to crash land onto the headless corpse with a bloody explosion.

Babality:
Baby Wonder Woman twirls her Lasso of Truth around like a cowgirl until she accidentally ties herself up in it and cries as she tries to break free.

Battle Intro:
Wonder Woman flies down onto the battlefield and says, "For Themyscira!"

Winning Pose:
Wonder Woman raises her arms, crossing them together, and saying "With strength and purpose,  the Amazon never surrender!" and then brings them down still crossed.

Stage:
Themyscira (as seen in Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe, only it's NOT merged with Outworld)

Ending:
Having defeated Shao Kahn, Wonder Woman has saved Earthrealm, where her island, Themyscira, is from, from the emperor's reign of terror. She has however, learned some troubling news from Sonya Blade of the Special Forces in regards to her love interest, Steve Travor. Steve Trevor has been kidnapped by Kano and held hostage at an abandoned warehouse. Wonder Woman and the Special Forces found the location of the warehouse and saw the Kano was threatening to kill Steve Trevor unless Trevor gave him information about Themyscira and what knowledge he had about the island. Wonder Woman, seeing what the Black Dragon leader was up to, she charged straight at Kano and tied her Lasso of Truth around his neck so that he may reveal his reason for his obsession with Themyscira. After Kano gave out his reason behind his latest plan, Wonder Woman used her lasso to choke the criminal madman. Wonder Woman saved Steve Trevor's life and has agreed with Sonya to join the Special Forces after helping ridding off Kano. Wonder Woman will make sure the Black Dragons are no more.

!READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE COMMENTING!

For those who may remember, in 2011, I made a guest fighter entry for Batman, and of course, I thought it would be rather controversial (but it turns out it isn't) of me to make a GF entry for him since Batman is one of those "I don't like to kill people" type superheroes. However, I did put up an implication that maybe his no-killing policy only applies to people and not aliens or demons (Batman did nearly kill Darkseid in the Final Crisis story and in his GF entry, he does kill the probably-demonic Outworld overlord Shao Kahn) and I did mention in the notes that he would be the ONLY non-lethal DC hero to get a GF entry and that, believe it or not, there are some exceptions. Wonder Woman, who right now has this entry, is one of these rare non-antiheroic DC heroes who can actually kill things (she is an Amazonian after all and the Amazon are a bunch of warrior women, so yeah.) I can make a GF entry for most DC antiheroes (since none of them have a problem with killing stuff obviously) and any DC villain (all super villains can kill things anyways), but when you see a GF entry of a DC superhero who isn't an antihero, expect a disclaimer like the one above in my description that reminds readers to read the description so I won't get comments like "Wait a minute, <insert non-antiheroic DC hero here> doesn't kill people. He/she spares their lives".

So anyways, onto the guest fighter entry for Wonder Woman. Yeah, there's not much I can say other than the fact that she gets bonus points for being a Greek badass like Kratos (who is also a Greek guest fighter in Mortal Kombat 9) and for coming from DC Comics, which is owned by Warner Bros. just like Mortal Kombat (hell, any DC character can get bonus points for that reason)

Notes:
*Like Ed Boon did for her incarnation in the upcoming game Injustice: Gods Among Us, I gave Wonder Woman her rejected New 52 outfit where she has leggings on (while the published New 52 comics have her with briefs)
*Ye, for her story, she is born of Queen Hippolyta and Zues just like in the New 52 series.
*The moves she has (with the exception of her Golden Tiara move and the Aegis Bash) derive from Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe)
*No, unlike Batman, Wonder Woman does not have fatalities derive from heroic brutalities from the infamous T-rated MKvsDC. They're all original ideas, especially the Lasso Splat fatality.
*Her fatality, The Power Of The Amazon, is very similar to the fatalities from an old fighting game from Namco (before they made Tekken and Soul Calibur) called WeaponLord. If you've played it or at least heard of it, you probably know how the fatalities in it work.
*The Themyscira stage, again, also came from MKvsDC, only Outworld's not being merged there (you can say, of course, that it isn't because Shao Kahn didn't merge Earthrealm with it yet. it's still safe).
*Steve Trevor, Wonder Woman's love interest, makes a cameo in her ending, where he's being held hostage by Kano but is then rescued by Wonder Woman from getting murdered. Plus, you can probably compare Wonder Woman joining the Special Forces to her joining the Justice League, since both groups are dedicated to fighting crime.

Mortal Kombat © NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros.

P.S.: Like I said in my GF entry for Batman, I'm thinking about making a journal soon about the idea of superheroes not being lethal and what I think about that concept. So expect that educational journal to come out in the near future as I gather some more info.
:icongoddragonking:
Kano should probably read more comic books, then he would know that taking a superhero's friends hostage never works.

I'd like to see her included just so I could kick the stuffing out of her.
