Name: Reptile
Gender: Male
Eyes: Yellow
Hair: None
Debut: Mortal Kombat (1992)
Voice: Scott McNeil

Appearance
Reptile is portrayed as a velociraptor-style dinosauroid. He is, however, wearing his attire from Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance.

Class:
Skilled

Bio:
Long ago in Earthrealm, there lived a race of reptilian humanoids called Saurians. The Saurians were a civilization evolved from dinosaurs. They had much bigger brains compared to their prehistoric ancestors. When a battle of the Elder Gods occurred, the Saurians migrated to a new realm called Zaterra. Years later, a malevolent tyrant from Outworld named Shao Kahn destroyed all of Zaterra during his inter dimensional conquest, wiping out its inhabitants. A Saurian named Reptile became the last of his kind and was had to become Shao Kahn's minion. Despite this, however, Reptile actually wants his race back. Shao Kahn promised to restore the realm back to its former glory if he joined him. This wish was not fulfilled however. When Shao Kahn's reign was about to collapse, Reptile, disgusted at the evil emperor's false promises, fled the scene during Earthrealm's victory from the invasion of Outworld and stumbled upon an alternative Earthrealm, hoping to began a new life.

Powers/Abilities:
*Reptilian physiology
*Claws and teeth
*Acidic saliva
*Invisibility
*Superhuman speed
*Expert in ninjutsu and martial arts

Intro/Outro:
*Intro: Reptile is in the Lost Forest, stalking a passing farmer in a straw hat. As he's about to punch onto the unexacting farmer, which does alert the farmer, he quickly disappears just before he touches him. Reptile is teleported to the battlefield, looks around, and turns his attention towards his opponent with a hiss.
*Outro: Re[tile wraps his tongue around his opponent's neck and drags him/her close to him. Reptile grabs onto the opponent, turns him/her around and then the camera cuts to a shot of his and the opponent's feet. Reptile is presumably eating the opponent's cranium and the opponent is screaming in terror as he/she struggles.

Special Moves:
*Acid Spit: Reptile spews acid at his opponent.
*Force Ball: he throws a green energy sphere at his opponent
*Lizard Slide: He slides toward his opponent with a kick.
*Acid Hand: He makes a ball of acid with his hand and throws it at his opponent.
*Elbow Dash: He dashes through his opponent with an elbow strike.

Character Trait:
*Chameleon: Reptile turns invisible for 10 seconds.

Super Move:
*Tricky Lizard: Reptile uses his two fingers and pokes his opponent in the eyes with them. As the opponent holds his/her face in pain, Reptile roundhouse kicks the opponent and then claws him/her in the face. He then bashes the opponent's head onto his knee and twists his/her neck and then kicks him/her down to the ground. He then finishes by vomitting acid onto him/her, doing massive damage to him/her.

Ending:
As Reptile was in an Earthrealm different from the one the Forces of Light was from, he noticed that there was conflict between the Regime and the Insurgency. He did not care to fight for either one and went to Lex Luthor, who is secretly working with the Insurgency. He forced Luthor to create a breed of raptor warriors under a threat of being eaten alive, so Lex Luthor took the chance to genetically create reptilian humanoid lifeforms which took several days. After they were all created, Reptile thanks Lex by killing him and feeding his corpse to his Raptor warriors. Reptile and his newfound brethren began killing every single inhabitant of this alternative universe, including the Regime and the Insurgency respectively. The joy of his species being brought back to life has made him uncaring of anyone who wasn't a Raptor. Reptile was home once more.

Clash Quotes:

-(Regime) Wonder Woman: "You did not just call me a harlot, did you?!?"
If you remember the first days of me doing Injustice guest fighter entries, my first MK character for Injustice was Kano. Now fast forward to right now and meet my newcomer! This is the tricky lizard Reptile!

Trivia:
*Scott McNeil did voice work for various animated shows. One of his best known is Beast Wars where he voiced Dinobot, Rattrap, Silverbot, Waspinator... Dinobot especially! Plus, Reptile needs to be talking like he use to do in other Mortal Kombat games before MK9.
*For those wondering if Reptile is wearing a mask just like fellow MK ninja Scorpion... surprisingly he doesn't this time.
*I would've gone with the Power class for Reptile but seeing as he's known for his speed like The Flash, I had to go with Skilled instead.
*Tricky Lizard is loosely based on his X-Ray move from MK9, only with a few changes.
*Remember Reptile's ending in Mortal Kombat 9 where Shang Tsung made a Raptor army for Reptile. Something like this happens in this ending and it's Lex Luthor who is being forced into genetically creating Raptors.
*Speaking of Shang Tsung, Reptile mistakes the Joker for him in his clash quote to which Joker replies, "I'm not Shang Tsung!". It should be noted that the Joker's Killing Joke fatality from Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe was parodied by Shang Tsung into something gory and M-rated (as opposed to what was seen in T-rated MKvsDCU).
*Like The Flash, Green Lantern, Cyborg, and Shazam, Reptile is now another combatant to bring up his opponent's hairstyles.
*When you look at it this way, Reptile and Killer Croc are pretty much alike. Both of them are reptilians. Both of them eat people. Both of them bad guys. You get the rest. That's why Killer Croc would TOTALLY be rivals with Reptile in a Mortal Kombat vs. DC crossover (yes, even the already established MKvsDCU). So in clash quotes with Batman, Harley Quinn and Joker, this is teased alot.
*For those who don't know Dale Russell is, Dale Russell is a paleontologist infamous for depicting his idea of what a dinosauroid (a humanoid that evolved from a dinosaur) would be like. It should be noted that the dinosauroid he depicted is a Troodon-style one (and probably a long lost cousin of Reptile if you think about it). Reptile here is a Velociraptor-style dinosauroid. So aparently, Superman knows who Dale is.
*Does Ares look like Shao Kahn?.... maybe?

When Wonder Woman says "A lizardman" to Reptile, is that sort of a reference to Lizardman from the Soul Caliber series? Speaking of which, Reptile's design in MK: Deadly Alliance bears a striking resemblance to Lizardman.

Also, are ya gonna do more MK guest kharacter movesets for Injustice? I know ya mentioned Kenshi being one, but besides him, which other ones do ya plan to do in the future?

Well Wonder Woman is talking about a typical "lizardman", which can be any humanoid lizard folk.

BTW, I also been planning on adding Havik too. And maybe I might do some other MK ninja to join along with Scorpion like Ermac. (and should I do one for Tremor, eventhough he doesn't get as much attention as those other ninjas in Mortal Kombat do?)

Havik is definitely a good choice. Maybe some more underrated kharacters can join the fun?

And you kould Tremor if ya want. He did have a small playable kameo in the PS Vita version of MK9 (in the 2nd Challenge Tower), which kould mean he'll be in a future MK game. Heck, he was even given a backstory, stating that Tremor was apprehended by the Special Forces and imprisoned after being betrayed by Kano, acting under the facade of a confidential informant for the Special Forces, who were searching for the Black Dragon, but Tremor escaped. He then targeted both Kano and Jax for revenge.

Aside from that, which MK kharacters do ya not intend to include as guest kharacters for Injustice? I know Mokap definitely comes to mind for obvious reasons, but which ones will ya never do? I'm only kurious.

Oh, and BTW, regarding my upcoming Mortal Kombat vs Mega Man (X) Universe fighting crossover, I will add some of the post-X5 Mavericks into the mix. Some like Blaze Heatnix, Dark Mantis, Soldier Stonekong, and Bamboo Pandamonium would be kool. What do ya think?

I think that's a good idea this time.

Because in case you there aren't anymore more notable characters for others to be rivals with, like with Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter where Onaga's rival would be Garuda and Tanya's rival would be Pullum, or Valve (I did mention my MKvsValve picture I've done a month ago) where there are also Dota 2 characters for other MK kharacters to be rivals with like Kitana vs. the Drow Ranger and Sub-Zero vs. the Dragon Knight. So it's a good idea to also include some other mavericks into oyur roster in case you want some other rivalries.
