This hovercraft is controlled by not only the red ranger but also robots made by Captain Jacob. But like the jet ski zord, it can still transform into a mech and a back part and head part for the megazord. Unlike the other NAVY hovercrafts, the air-fighters appear on the hovercraft through framework teleportation so they can fly out and they're controlled by holographic aviators and with the air-fighters, they can do the Red Ranger's work in a hurry.

THe mech mode however is pretty similar to the Minotaur zord from Power Rangers Mystic Force and the gorilla galactabeast from Power Rangers Lost Galaxy. Because this thing is BULKED. Think Hulk mix with a transformer.

Like I said, it forms the back part and the head part of the megazord.
