Bio:

Not much is known of this mysterious witch named Hei-Jiao. Some say she is an agent of Diyu out for mortal souls, other say she was once a mortal woman until she sold out her own humanity to a demon. But whatever she is, she is a living embodiment of evil and darkness.

Special Moves

• Claw Swipe: Hei-Jiao swings her claws horizontally together at her opponent.
• Dark Orb: She makes a black spherical object and shoots it at her opponent.
• Black Spike: She summons a black-colored spike from the ground where her opponent stands.
• Eye Gouger: She stabs her opponent in the eyes, lifts him/her up and drains half of his/her health bar before kicking him/her to the ground.
• Soaring Death: She dives down towards her opponent with her claws out.

Vanquishment

Hands of Diyu: Hei-Jiao summons a dark blue and black substance around her opponent's feet. The substance emits two black giant hands with pointy fingernails. Both hands grab onto the opponent's arms and they tear him/her in half. Each hand descends down, takaing the ripped half of the opponent with it. After all of that, the dark blue and black substance dissolves.

Quick Deaths

• Claw Swipe: The opponent's torso falls off.
• Black Spike: The opponent is impaled onto a spike.
• Eye Gouger: The opponent loses his/her eyeballs.
• Soaring Death: The opponent loses his/her intestines.

• Intro Sequence: A black energy dragon soars its way into the battlefield and then the dragon transforms into non other than Hei-Jiao. Hei-Jiao is seen levitating and she says, "Call me the Mistress of Evil."
• Victory Sequence: Hei-Jiao conjures up a dark blue sphere and gazes at it as she lets out a seductive giggle.

Story Mode:

Intro Cutscene:

(We're treated with a Chinese wedding ceremony going on at an imperial palace. We see a bride and groom together.)
-Priest: "It is an honor to lawfully wed this couple, as orchestrated by the Cheng-Gong house. I will now pronounce you two as husband and wife."
(Just as the two are about to kiss, Hei-Jiao bursts into the place.)
-Hei-Jiao: "You would dare host a wedding ceremony and not invite me?"
-Priest: "What are you?"
-Hei-Jiao: "I am Hei-Jiao. I thought you would know who I am by now. I shall bring all of you to your knees."
-Priest: "Guards, do something!"
(Hei-Jiao starts tearing up the entire wedding, killing almost everyone around her.)
-Hei-Jiao: "Welcome to Hell, all of you worthless mortals!"
(After all the damage she causes, Hei-Jiao walks to the cowering bride. The groom runs away out of horror.)
-Hei-Jiao: "I see you're afraid, aren't you."
-Bride: "Please, leave me alone."
-Hei-Jiao: "You will die along with the others, including that priest. Say goodbye to your pretty face."
(Hei-Jiao claws half of the bride's face off. The bride screams in horror from it.)
-Hei-Jiao: "Don't worry, I have a special present for you. A pathway to Diyu."
(Hei-Jiao releases dark chi and shoots it at the bride, blowing her upper body into bloody pieces everywhere.)
-Hei Jiao: "No one can withstand me, Hei-Jiao, the Mistress of Evil. Soon, the whole world will tremble in the underworld." *lets out an evil laugh*

Prologue:

Hei-Jiao is an evil sorceress said to live in China. However, apart from being a living definition of wickedness, not a lot of people is known of her. Some say she is an agent from Diyu, the realm of the dead, others say she was once a human being, but whichever origin of hers it is, it is clear that she is not human. She brings harm and malice to people who encounter her and can even drive mortals to insanity with her black magic. Hei-Jiao is a force to be reckoned with.

Rival Cutscene:

(Scene takes place in a circular arena surrounded by mountains, skulls, and crooked pillars with pointy ends and the sky is covered in clouds with colors ranging from grey to blackish blue. Hei-Jiao teleports herself into the scene.)
-Hei-Jiao: "The Sphere of Wonders, huh? Well then, I will get to that artifact myself."
-???: "OVER MY DEAD BODY, WITCH!"
(All of a sudden, Jengiz appears behind her, making the most popular assumptions her that may be true or may be false, whatever.)
-Jengiz: "Or at least, you appear to be a witch. I mean I've heard of you before. I've heard of reports and sightings whenever I encoutnered a Chinese person. Whether you are a former human or you've always been what you are..."
(Hei-Jiao turns around and shoots a ball of dark chi at him, only for Jengiz to slice the ball in half.)
-Jengiz: "I can assure you, not even a sorceress can kill me that easily! I am Jengiz, and I fear no one, not even an inhuman being such as yourself!"
-Hei-Jiao: "What's the matter, do you want the Sphere of Wonders to yourself, Mongolian?"
-Jengiz: "YOU DAMN RIGHT I DO!!!"
(Jengiz walks towards Hei-Jiao.)
-Jengiz: "So far, I've conquered the Northern part of Asia, now I yearn to conquer the rest of it!"
-Hei-Jiao: "It's going to take alot of effort in making that happen, especially due to things like the Great Wall."
-Jengiz: "Do not remind me of that blasted building! Anyways, I will take pleasure in killing a demonic entity."

Final Boss Cutscene:

(After defeating Jengiz, Hei-Jiao sees the fabled Sphere of Wonders and walks towards it, only to be carried over to Hell. Hei-Jiao is greeted by Belial.)
-Belial: "Hello. Have we met?"
-Hei-Jiao: "No we have not. You know what I am here for?"
-Belial: "The Sphere of Wonders? Everyone's fighting over it."
-Hei-Jiao: "Yes, of course."
-Belial: "Look, why don't you just forget about the Sphere of Wonders and go back to doing what you normally do as a witch."
-Hei-Jiao: "You just don't want to give it to me!"
-Belial: "Why do you want it so badly?"
-Hei-Jiao: "Show me a vision of my past or else you will be destroyed!"
-Belial: "ALRIGHT! HERE!"
(Belial shows Hei-Jiao a vision of her past under a death threat. The vision replays Hei-Jiao's human life as a woman named Hua Ching-Lan. Hua, 22, appears as a beautiful Chinese maiden with black hair and brown eyes and is wearing a pink dress. She is seen wandering in an imperial garden.)
-Hua (voiced by Stephanie Sheh): "Liu Cheng-Gong!"
(Hua meets a man that she fell in love with named Liu Cheng-Gong (the same dude from the intro above referred to as, "Groom"), 24, who appears as a handsome man in a red and blue attire.)
-Liu (voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch): "Hua Ching-Lan! I knew you'd be there."
-Hua: "I wish we can be together, if only our houses weren't bitter rivals with each other."
-Liu: "I know. It's a forbidden love, but when we first met, I knew we were meant for eachother."
-Hua: "If only there was a way we can..."
-???: "Ahem!"
(They both hold hands and kiss. But then Lord Cheng-Gong and his colleagues come behind Liu and Lord Ching-Lan and his colleagues come behind Hua.)
-Lord Cheng-Gong: "How can you fall for the Ching-Lan house's whore?!?"
-Liu: "Hua is no whore, father!"
-Lord Cheng-Gong: "The Cheng-Gong should not befriend the enemy!"
-Lord Ching-Lan: "Liu is a Cheng-Gong! The Cheng-Gong are not our allies!"
-Hua: "But father, I..."
-Lord: "Silence! You are never to see this man again!"
(Each house took away its heir from meeting the lover.)
-Liu: "She's not what you may view her as being! She..."
-Lord Cheng-Gong: "Forget it, Liu! You're a Cheng-Gong, not a Ching-Lan!"
-Hua: "I still love you, Liu!"
-Lord Ching-Lan: "He is not one of us, Hua!"
(Five days later, upon hearing of arranged marriage plans the Cheng-Gong house have forced upon Liu, Hua goes to a dark, ruinous place in tears.)
-Hua: "Arranged marriages? That's absurd! Me and Liu may not be in the same house, but this doesn't mean we are meant to be together." *clinches fists in anger* "I will make everyone suffer horribly. I will get back at everyone, including the houses. But I don't want to hurt Liu Cheng-Gong."
(Hua calls upon a demon named Mara and asks him for an offer. Mara appears as looking like a cross between Dai Shi/Jarrod from Power Rangers Jungle Fury and Shao Kahn.)
-Mara: "I am Mara. I see that you are willing to summon me."
-Hua: "I want revenge, revenge against everyone. The Cheng-Gong house, my own Ching-Lan house, that woman who Liu is being forced to marry by his father, just everyone. The only person I don't wish to hurt however, is Liu for he is my lover. Please make it happen, o Demon Lord Mara."
-Mara: "I most certainly will."
(Mara sucks out Hua Ching-Lan's humanity, rendering her from appearance and species. Her skin turns from normal to a pale greenish color, her face turns gaunt, her eyes turn red, her hair turns entirely white, her ears get pointed, her upper and lower canines turn into fangs, and she starts growing horns out of her head. Also, her voice changes from a pleasant sweet one to a deep, husky, echoing one.)
-Hei-Jiao: *looks at a reflection in the mirror* "I-is this... me?"
-Mara: "Indeed, Hua Ching-Lan. Now you will be known as Hei-Jiao. You also have power beyond comprehension. Test it."
-Hei-Jiao: *conjures up a purple flame* "Yes. I will surely get my revenge."
(The vision is over and it dissolves.)
-Belial: "So this is why you want the Sphere of Wonders so badly?"
-Hei-Jiao: "Yes, and you will give it to me. I want to reunite with Liu from that whore that his family made him marry."
(Belial summons his trident Nequitius.)
-Belial: "So much for forbidden love turned to love-crazy revenge."
-Hei-Jiao: "I already got my revenge. I just want Liu to be with me, as a new being like I am."
-Belial: "It's going to take drastic measures to do so."

Ending:

(Belial is destroyed and the Sphere of Wonders is now free for Hei-Jiao to access.)
-Hei-Jiao: "Thank you for trying your best to keep the sphere from me, Belial. Now, Sphere of Wonders, bring Liu Cheng-Gong to my sanctuary so we may be together forever."
(After making a wish, Hei-Jiao cuts the sphere in half. The scene cuts to Hei-Jiao's sanctuary. We see Liu Cheng-Gong waking up and getting up from the floor, looking scared and confused.)
-Liu: "W-what's going on? Where am I?"
-???: "Mhmhmh."
-Liu: "Who's there?"
(Hei-Jiao shows up in front of him.)
-Hei-Jiao: "I am Hei-Jiao"
-Liu: "Y-you're that witch who crashed my wedding and slaughtered so many people in it, including my bride."
-Hei-Jiao: "I shall become your bride, Liu Cheng-Gong. Do you remember me, Hua Ching-Lan?"
-Liu: "Wait, you're Hua Ching-Lan?"
-Hei-Jiao: "I was a mortal like you are, but now I have become very different."
-Liu: "Well, you do look like a gaunt version of Hua... I-I can't believe you would sell out your own humanity, your own moral standards, and become this. But why?"
-Hei-Jiao: "Our houses have caused both of us trouble, so I wanted to get back at everyone, including the Cheng-Gongs and even my own Ching-Lan. Now you shall be mine forever."
-Liu: "W-what are you doing?"
(Hei-Jiao holds onto Liu's head and gently smooches him. After the kiss, Liu begins to get covered in black substance. the black substance even grows claws and horns and pointy ears. Afterwards, the substance hardens and bursts into pieces, revealing Liu as transformed into a creature similar to Hei-Jiao.)
-Liu (now voiced by Jonathan Lipow): "W-what have you done to me?"
-Hei-Jiao: "Congratulations, Liu, or should I now call you Lu-Mo, Green Devil."
-Liu Lu-Mo: "You know what... this is great. Hei-Jiao, now we can finally live together, unlike in our pathetic human lives."
-Hei-Jiao: "We most certainly will, Lu-Mo."
(A Chinese guardsman comes into the sanctuary looking for Liu, who now goes by the name Lu-Mo. He gets horrified when he sees both Hei-Jiao and Lu-Mo.)
-Guardsman: "Liu? Where the hell are you, Liu?"
-Lu-Mo: "Liu Cheng-Gong is dead! I now go by Lu-Mo!"
-Guardsman: "Liu Cheng-Gong?"
(Lu-Mo shoots two dark chi balls at the guardsman's arms, knocking them off.)
-Hei-Jiao: "The man you're looking for is no longer there, for now that I am united with him in his new form, we will bring harm to this world. And there will not be one thing you can do about it."
-Guardsman: "S-stay back, witch! You've corrupted Cheng-Gong! And for what?!? To get back at the Cheng-Gong house and the Ching-Lan house for the problems? Problems like that arranged marraige thing that went on?"
-Hei-Jiao: "You know damn well that's what caused me to leave my former self behind. Now me and Lu-Mo will spread evil around the land."
(Hei-Jiao comes up to the armless guardsman and impales him on her claws.)
-Hei-Jiao: "If you happen to come across either a Cheng-Gong or a Ching-Lan in Tian, tell that person I said "Ni hao.""
(As Hei-Jiao lets out a sinister yet sultry laugh, the impaled, armless gaurdsman screams for his life as he slowly begins to decompose in a very visceral manner. The scene then cuts to two swords clashing eachother to form an X in front of a shield that fades to existence, followed by the text "EPIC BLADES" emerging from behind the shield, followed by the credits with a montage of character renders and screenshots from each character's story mode as well as Sevendust's "Corrected" playing throughout.)
